Tucked off a private road in Malibu Valley against the backdrop of the Santa Monica Mountains lies the sprawling private estate. Your dream venue for weddings, baby showers, birthday parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, gender reveals, corporate events/launch parties, and corporate retreats sitting on 2.5 acres. Our tennis court can be transformed into any imaginable reception space for 500+ with beautiful hillside views. Our pool deck is the perfect space for a ceremony, especially with a glass cover. The home boasts 8,300 square feet with endless rooms for cocktail hour and brunch. There is also a large lounge with a bar where you can enjoy billiards as well as a movie theater to watch a film in. With parking for 75, 8,200 square feet of indoor space, and 2.5 acres of outdoor space, a director can transform our resort into any movie, film, commercial, or music video. We can sleep 18…reality shows are welcome. The Estate has 7 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 18 guests. Each bedroom has en-suite bathrooms with 3 additional bathrooms throughout the property.
